Each Srimaya garment is handcrafted and tailored to your selected measurements. To ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail, orders are typically dispatched within 15–20 working days from the confirmation of your final size specifications.

Care Instruction:

Every Srimaya garment is thoughtfully handcrafted using fine fabrics and artisanal techniques, making each piece uniquely special. To maintain its beauty and longevity, we recommend dry cleaning only.

Avoid machine washing, soaking, or harsh detergents, as these may affect the fabric, colour, and handcrafted detailing. For best results, gently steam iron when required.

Store your garment folded in the complimentary cotton garment bag provided, away from direct sunlight, humidity, and dust. To help preserve its shape and delicate craftsmanship, we advise against hanging the garment for extended periods.

As each piece is individually handmade, slight variations in weave, embroidery, texture, or colour are a natural characteristic of the craft and add to its uniqueness. Colours may also appear slightly different across screens and devices.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for colour transfer, fading, or damage resulting from improper care or washing. Should you have any questions regarding the upkeep of your garment, our team will be happy to assist you.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

At Srimaya Apparel, each garment is thoughtfully crafted on a made-to-order basis, ensuring attention to detail and minimizing excess production. As a result, all purchases are considered final and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

We accept exchanges only in the rare event of a manufacturing defect. Any such request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographs and relevant details for review.

To qualify for an exchange, the garment must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the request has been reviewed and approved by our team, the garment will be repaired, altered, or remade as required and dispatched within 18–20 working days.

Please note that all custom-made, personalized, or specially commissioned orders are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or cancelled.
